Delivery price you pay when you receive the goods in the office of the transport company. 
There is a possibility of sending a transport company with delivery straight into his hands. This service is somewhat expensive. But in some cases delivery "in hand" is less expensive than if you yourself will go across town to the office of the transport company and from there to shove the transfer. 

2. We always try to understand the approaches to each person and every order. We understand when you need something urgently. 
Therefore, we can send you an order by bus or train. It will not cost you extra money, but the order will get considerably faster (for example, customers from Kharkov often want to be sent by bus, because we are now in the 17 hours we send, but tomorrow they are taken to dinner with the bus order).

We can deliver orders to Moscow and St Petersburg by train.
